colby

Colby found yoga through her own search for peace and personal healing. A former competitive gymnast, Colby also grew up singing and dancing, and has a heart full of love for music and movement in equanimity. 

After completing her 200 hour RYT in 2021, she feels it is her duty and privilege to guide others through their own journey of exploration between body and mind. Her style is intuitive, creative, and not without challenge. She encourages curiosity in her students both on and off the mat, and invites them to always leave space for a deep breath, a gentle stretch…or a little improv ;)

She believes that if everyone were able to find a little more joy through movement, the world just might be a better place. 

 

Colby has a B.A. in Communications from Fordham University and plans to pursue further education in the field of Integrative Medicine.
