Sarah completed her 200-hour YTT with Lotus Gardens Yoga in 2018. She also received her Master’s Degree in Public Health with a focus in health promotion from Southern Connecticut State University in 2016. Her yoga classes are primarily vinyasa centered while incorporating a dash of hatha, with an emphasis on exploring the body, breath, and movement through intrinsic playful flow. She finds it important to create a space where the practice of yoga is accessible to all. She encourages students to tune into their bodies by feeling, honoring, and exploring the natural ebb and flow of their own organic movements throughout class. Offering this mind-body connection, she inspires others to stay mindful of the present moment and further exploring how that can be translated off the mat in everyday life. She remains fascinated by how yoga cultivates self-reflection helping to attain peace, positivity, and happiness to overall enhance and deepen our experience of being in the world. Yoga is a continuous lifelong journey, with endless opportunities to learn more about the practice and oneself. She hopes to meet and empower you on the mat!
